I am a small company, founded in 1990, which selects typical Italian specialties and prepares, with extreme passion, dishes based mainly on these specialties, which arrive weekly from various Italian regions and that elaborate in the kitchen of their restaurant in Cogoleto. These preparations are served to their customers of the restaurant, along with typical original and artisanal products (such as mozzarella of all kinds, Sicilian, Campania and Ligurian desserts, etc.), in their external services .. So they are not a catering company in the strict sense: this, in addition to being a limitation of which they are well aware, means that every service, even the simplest, becomes an event for them to be treated and followed, with courtesy, availability and with a manager always present during the service.
